Booking request privacy

Pedal and Pause SL uses the information you provide to answer your enquiry and arrange your requested camp booking.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, chosen edition, room preference, bike rental interest and any message you include. Please do not include medical information or payment card details in this form.

How we use it

We use your details to take steps at your request before a booking, confirm availability and discuss payment and travel arrangements. Sending this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

The website host processes the request, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and our configured registration database stores the booking request. Payments are arranged separately; card details are not collected by this website.

Your information

We keep enquiry information while handling your request and any resulting booking, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss how your information is handled.
